Service Description
Our Basic Experience Cleaning includes two cleaners. Two focused hours. One home that feels manageable again. Designed for busy families who need reliable upkeep, this service tackles your top priorities so the mess never gets out of hand. It’s the perfect ongoing maintenance option when you want support without committing to a full deep clean. Includes: ◦ 2 skilled staff members ◦ All necessary supplies ◦ Great for maintenance and ongoing cleaning Note: Any additional hour will be billed separately and requires approval by the office.
Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, all NEW CUSTOMERS require a $100 deposit to secure an appointment with us. If the customer cancels or reschedules before the appointment the deposit becomes non-refundable. We ask that all current customers provide at least 48 hours' notice if the customer needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All missed or rescheduled appointments within the 48 hour timeframe will incur a $50 fee.
